On Tuesday, a major chapter in my life will close.
This chapter brought me many, many things….
grief, anger, despair, regret, loss….
… unconditional love, hope, desire, healing, humility, growth, true friendship and the ultimate power of CHANGE.

In fact, THIS chapter included more FREEDOM than I have ever personally known.
I have met tons of AMAZING people and I found yet another wonderful doctor & friend.
I met my best friend Vicki…we met just four months before I “blew up.” She has been there to pick up the pieces, celebrate the successes…
She is the sister that life forgot to grant me.
I have partnered with incredible individuals in friendship and in business – people who will continue to make a lasting positive impact in my life for the DECADES to come.
THIS chapter blessed me with my daughter… the BRIGHTEST star in my world… and an inspiration for me on a daily basis.
I first read about Jim Cockrum online…. which led me to Stuart Turnbull. Stuart led me to Steve Poke which led me to Debra Conrad which ALL of whom led me to you….
I have re-invented myself at least 3 times in my life…
probably more like a half a dozen times.
And, I make myself a promise…
I WILL continue to grow throughout the rest of my life…
and if I do NOT –
I know I will never transform into the person that I am meant to become.
There are no accidents in life. There is nothing that is “bad” or “good.”
This chapter was never a punishment… it is part of MY book…
MY journey… and it was a HUGE opportunity.
Maybe 42 should have been the age that I ended this chapter…
but I really don’t think so…
I think 42 was the age when this chapter actually started getting really GOOD.
When I turned 42…
- I read “Prints Make Profits” and talked about it to Vicki — while we were on one of our VERY early on Replacements runs together — and I spent the two days while there bidding on Harper’s Weekly newpapers (from Daniel) on eBay to mat and resell.
- I went to my very first LIVE auction and became completely HOOKED in the thrill of the hunt.
- I met another eBay guru online… and Daniel taught me a LOT about auctions and the selling mentality. I learned from him the ART of selling on eBay.
- I “discovered” Facebook… and I started reconnecting with long, lost friends.
- I learned about Internet Marketing and the ultimate power of connection.
Remember…
When one door closes, God opens a window and invites you to jump out… if you actually make an effort to CLOSE that window, the REAL DOOR will be revealed.
